This definitely has the hallmarks of a capital raising pump.
No news or uninspired news then a buy in by directors then the announcement
"Countdown to appraisal of oil found in Block 9".
4 months away described like a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral.
They may not issue shares this time around (hard to do this after last capital raise at 12c/share with those participants now well water and 3,370,204,104 shares on issue).
More likely a multi million dollar debt facility.
But who would have the experience to do this?
"Mr. Uno Makotsvana has joined as Chief Financial Officer....brings extensive project finance....as well as debt raising experience, including raising a $215 million debt facility" He's done it before. He'll do it again.
