From the American Geosciences website, in 2011, China accounted for 97% of production of REE's, up from 38% in 1993. In 1993, Australia accounted for 12%. Given the current political climate worldwide, any country that is a close ally of the USA could benefit from an increased production of REE's. REE's are important in today's hi-tech industries including communications, computing, and batteries (think electric vehicles and renewable energy strorage). Interesting times indeed for Traka in 2023 if positive drilling results keep coming in.
