Hi synaphai, that the offer is not valuable enough to shareholders; I will run this logic (?) by you, offer was around current MC or marginally higher.
IF the offer was $30 and above why can it not be put out into the public arena?, it won’t be accepted but it would definitely appreciate the sp, flush out counter bidders (if they are there) and lift the next placement to the $30 plus rather than the current $22.
How does the company lift its MC to the one billion or so mark when it is quite likely that further placements will be done at current levels, and then sold into upcoming sp appreciations and the cycle repeated.
Appreciate if you can help me ‘get’ this.
