    I've been looking at these guys and DXC after the AFR drew my attention to the substantial NTA discounts on offer in this asset class last week. I've decided to go with DXC for now all though Waypoint has the greater scale and more conservative gearing as DXC is sitting at a 30 percent NTA discount while Waypoint is at 12.5. There was also mention in the same article of their being takeover interest in Waypoint due to the share registry being wide open. What do you guys think is causing the poor sentiment? Is it a combination of REITS in general being smashed by interest rates plus poor sentiment towards petrol stations environmentally? I would be interested to discuss.
