If they do something similar to the 30 Sep 2022 Qtr dividend, they will announce quarterly results mid-late Jan-23, with a dividend declaration early to Mid Feb-23 with payment early Mar-23.

But there is no guarantee TER will follow what they did for the Sep22 dividend. They may well declare a dividend when the release the quarter result. They may even hold back paying a dividend until they have sufficient franking credits to make it fully franked.

Based on the AGM discussion, TER have hinted they want a base dividend of 7.5cents per quarter. Depending on the actual result, it could be anything upwards of that. If TER achieve a EBTIDA of $200m, we should expect a 12.5 cent dividend @ 75% of NPAT.
