Hi Misty I did say I Believe when making that comment. I do know that the economy was in much better shape when Hawke was elected than when Frazer was. Hawke and Keating were able to make changes ( Some for the Better ) Because the country was in very good shape when they took over and then when Keating lost the election it was back in complete disarray with a blooming big Deficiet again .
