yes good points, i am fairly certain that all in vivo testing needs to be registered prior to be conducted, so it will be fairly easy to track down, there are registers in Australia that show this online, i am on my iphone so its too diificult to scroll through them all

Someone here should have the url for the registry, and this will be the same for all western world govts i think
