If I called Infosys, why would I be connected to one of their many staff? Or do they not have a use case for an AI Digital Assistant either?
When I lived in India about 15 years ago... in the home town of Infosys, no less (I'm very familiar with the company; they were a customer of mine) the spam calls were via bots. Where as in Australia at the time, the spam calls were from Indian and Filipino call centres.
And here we are... all these years later and you are talking up AI Digital Assistants but unable to provide a compelling use case.
Can anyone else think of a compelling use case?
