All is see when I read this questionable article is “amid EXPECTATIONS of lower demand”, “HOPES of steady supply”, “raising the POSSIBILITY the lithium market could swing back to a surplus”, “local Chinese governments will LIKELY halt cash subsidies and tax breaks

EXPECTATIONS, HOPES, POSSIBILITY, LIKELY are the four key words here.

Whoever wrote this article is basically making up hog wash fairy dust predictions.
Someone that has hard proof on the matter wouldn’t use these key words in their article.
Another article aimed at trashing the lithium sector with no actual merit.
