Ann: Fund Update, page-23

I haven’t received any notices in the mail so it would so appear that the timing of the meeting would make it very difficult for any urf unitholders to vote on time. Eg you can only return the forms in person or by mail and they have to be received by 28th Dec. It is the 14th today and we haven’t received the paperwork in the mail. This will likely end up in the courts over procedure with prolonged uncertainty. Anyone interested can have a look at KBC and AIB to get an understanding of what to expect… every vote is important!!!
