One of the references on the PMET website says "true thickness 60m", have they angled the drills to drill at an angle down the dip? Without a graphic it's impossible to tell, the appendix says the dip of the holes is at 45-50 degrees. There's enough non-holders commenting here so I shall refrain from adding to the heat per se, but haven't seen this mentioned in my casual perusal of the board so thought I'd add that (apologies if this has already been pointed this out).
