If you look at the detail PDEP which is currently owned by CLA will operate the process plant and I assume sell the concentrate. And the local partner will have only have a 30% economic share in both companies being MMCI and PDEP.
I understand the 60-40% is really only to meet government requirements to obtain the mining permit.
This is a very good deal and really sets the project up to move forward and re-rates CLAs market cap
