It seems incredible that millions of dollars have been raised, it is arguable, to serve a very different purpose than that which is currently occurring. The business appears to have evolved into a marginal online reseller of fringe products. And 54k in revenue seems to support that conclusion!

Someone was referencing Joe Biden and legislation regarding hemp in the US. Have people lost perspective? Are they genuinely relying upon a fractured US body politic to impact the business prospects of CGB? Surely not.

Revenue of 54k - costs running at 10x the revenue. That is not a recipe for profitability and shareholder wealth creation.

One of the board members lives six months of the year in another country and, one assumes, is remunerated by CGB using shareholder funds. Why?

And if things proceed as was noted in the last quarterly, the remaining 8.6 million in the bank account seems destined to be expended on ... well, have a read the quarterly ... it's all there to see.

In my opinion, a communication from the company outlining the business plan and the way forward from this point is well overdue.
