Interesting how that poor girl in WA was refused a second liver transplant because of heroin use. Its not a big jump to think that smokers and drinkers in the future may be denied medical help esp. transplants.

He was amazed to see how many patients with their bums hanging out of surgical gowns and pushing IV drip trolleys were out the front smoking. Should they be ahead of the queue of someone who has made an effort to be healthy ?
