I think the plant design is 40ktpa not 20. Also the crusher circuit will never run 24/7, partly because of maintenance but also because throughput rate will be more than the rest of the processing plant can handle. You need a lit of redundancy in the crusher circuit because you won't always have the ore of desired grade on the ROM.

My concern is that the host rock, a metamorphic schist with a UCS (strength) in excess of 50Mpa (7,000 psi). My concern is the steel is not of sufficient size and weight to avoid significant downtime for ongoing repairs or majir failure of components.
