If GNS won't wind up, then GNSPA should worth $100 per unit.
But if GNS stopped paying distributions, then what would happen? Wouldn't GNSPA units be converted to GNS ordinary shares compulsorily? If this conversion happened, would there be a limit of the maximum number of GNS shares each GNSPA unit can be converted?
(Note: Some companies like TIM had a max limit on the number; some are not, like GTP.)
