I think the quote you haven't been looking for is:

clinical programs unimpeded."

That sentence says what it says, and what it says does not say "fully funded".
A long cashway may still come up against a recession that is LONGER.
Furthermore Joel has explained very clearly why he was not able to talk about the CR at the AGM.

If you don't believe him, please consider selling your shares: that's an action you can take that will annoy nobody, and will set you free from what appears to me to be an unpleasant experience. If you decide to keep them, and you wish to continue to be bitter, I do hope you find something new to be bitter about, just to mix it up a bit. Variety is the spice of life.
