But the facts are Siri was developed by a brilliant company. CogVoice is developed by Norwood. Norwood are desperately trying to find a niche for a problem no one has.

When you ring someone, and who does that really nowadays, you either want to speak to them or if you get their voicemail you either hang up or leave a message. And even waiting for the greeting before you can record is tiresome. The last thing you want is to deal with an robot asking a series of questions to end up giving you the option of leaving a message.
