It was one of the questions I asked, whether there are any restrictions on Ganfeng buying FFX or LLL share, but was not answered.

You might remember the FIRB knocked back ( actually withdrew applic due govt feedback) 15% investment in AVZ by China’s Yibin Tianyi Lithium Industry Company.

Having said that, we didn't even need FIRB approval to sell 50% to Ganfeng, though a lot has changed since then.
