Give me 1 practical use case for CogVoice... and then I will rip it apart. Just like I could rip apart the simple case presented by NOR or the laughable example they once trotted out with the Sydney tradie. That was an epic fail only surpassed by the times PO:
1. Mentioned WhatsApp killer;
2. Stood up in front of a group investors/HNWI and role played receiving a call from his advisor to ask "Can I mention Google or is that under the NDA".
These tell you everything you need to know about PO and why so many are attracted to these threads.

This is ON-TOPIC. Why? Well, let's see... it is about NOR and it's current/previous technologies. Or do I need to repost PO's video presso with the scene mentioned above?
