    You suggest "ask the customers"

I'm one........bigger a/c than the average a/c... and my major wholesaler for more than 30 years.
I'm very annoyed with Sigma , as are many others, particularly with their preferential treatment and terms with a certain minoriy group of their customers to the detriment of the vast majority.

Right now, Sigma need me more than I need them, and the decision to remain a customer will depend on their response to by concerns.

I don't have many shares so any decision to change wholsalers will not be influenced by that, but others may be reluctant to leave because of their SIP shareholding.

After looking at the figures, I believe Sigma will probably survive and return to posperity.

    But here is the proviso:

Only IF they can retain the vast majority of their customers .... ( And this does NOT include retaining the Gance group who they have actually been servicing at a LOSS)

My belief is the board will recognise the importance of "Keeping its customers satisfied"
But then there are .....the banks and the institutions.
But first and foremost ( as the banks are at least temporaly sedated )is to convince their customers to stay and support them.............

There will need to be board changes.... to satisfy all the players, including me.

So there is a bit to be done, but it almost certainally will be,and Sigma will survive and return to profitability.

Therefore on balance, they are a buy for better than 50% growth in price in the next 12 months.

Nonetheless there is still some risk.
