    Yes -however, I still think the Chilean government, and Codelco spooking around, scare off potential investors in the coming weeks (until it is clearly solved). On the other hand, Chile is really regarded a rather safe jurisdiction for mining. Just check this recent Li investment video (all kinds of useful information btw).
