I'll be upfront and admit I don't have a full grasp of listing rules, and I don't have the inclination to go through the company records to work out what's going on with options exercise, etc. I do agree that their disclosure should be better; who is providing the services in exchange for options in lieu of payment on COD terms? Whoever it is, they are 50% underwater ATM.. I'm an optimist though, and would like to think it is an entity involved in the current works that we are all waiting announcements on, and have the belief that there is at least a 100% share price appreciation in the offing in the near term. I've held since the MMK days, and don't see any point in selling at this stage.
