The Edwards situation is really interesting in many regards, bear in mind this company has a huge footprint and has probably spent hundreds of millions to be in their current position and will continue to improve their own IP with funds that Anteris can only dream off.
I’m thinking another party to but a bid in, and with Edwards willing to back themselves to stay in touch with advancing their own R&D.
Of course I could easily be wrong but hard put to discount Edwards ability to continue to be a major force, as least for the foreseeable future.
The content of the top twenty should be to the advantage of Anteris in making sure this company is not acquired ‘cheaply’ by a opportunistic party, and ending up like ASX RAP.
