Whilst I would love to get $100 per URFPA. I am seriously worried about the lack of any planning about this. AND, according to RE, even if they 'win' the vote, the constitution says they cannot change this decision to convert the pref shares. So what is the point??
Remove the RE and then what, flap in the breeze?
