    Debt is not a secret, the terms should be outlined and investors should know what they are. It is material and it affects all investors.

    They raised $20mil as a safety net, why didn't they just raise $120 and pay out the debt if they knew it was such an issue moving forward. Or even half.

    Management here is guessing.
