He's asking real questions. Qpm needs hundreds of millions in additional funding, how are they going to get it?
To dilute at the current prices would see the value of the shares reduced to a third or maybe even a fifth depending on if the capex price does come down like they have suggested. And that's if they raise at the current share price.
Honestly the only real hope I can see is if the government steps in. I'm starting to believe that they shouldn't have upped the initial production plans and started small.
