Hey Mick, enjoy most of your writeups, so I wouldn't mind picking your brain if that's alright, considering I'm just a "punter" on HC with only Google at my finger tips for research purposes...Lol !!

SIG is the parent company - Yep we know that !

The ultimate holder is a significant long only subsidiary that principally invests in health care, together with other friendly groups in a collaborative manner - Yep, we know that too !




Based on your research the ultimate holder/s is who?? Just wondering if you could elaborate a bit more, if you can, on that point because outside of company announcements and Google research, I am pretty much a mushroom !! Do you happen to know the name of this ultimate holder?

Personally, I don't get influenced by conspiracy theories and try to examine the evidence the best I can. Sometimes, I am still left scratching my head, especially when I read something like this -




"the exhaustive process conducted by Joel, Troy, Peter and Robert" - Absolutely, they are working their butts off and are surrounding the company with brilliant minds to grow a successful company for them and for shareholders. Making decisions as a leader is not easy, as you will not be able to please everybody with the outcome, because the majority of us are not privy to inside information or the conversations involved and rely exclusively on wise management decisions. Soooo, we turn to whatever resources we have "at our fingertips" to conduct additional research !!
Also, from what I can gather, SIG are better poker players too -



3 years to exercise ????




Now that is a royal flush hand my friend !!

In the mean time, I get to feel so special as a "loyal shareholder" to be holding onto $1 options with an April 2023 expiry date !!

These are the facts, plain and simple, not a conspiracy theory....and a lot of long term holders have a reason to feel flat after that deal !!

But, in saying all that, I personally and the majority of other holders bring nothing to the table to help the company execute their goals except our hard earned cash when we have some to spare to buy on market !!!

Anyway....It is, what it is though....I've had my whinge and will leave it at that...I have to accept that the the rich and powerful always get the best deal and always pounce when blood is running in the streets !!!
