If TER only have 8 to 10 years of mine life left across their portfolio, surely BBs is not the way to go?
Like others have pointed out, what's the long term plan?
Why is the SP only 83c with a minimum dividend of 30c pa (7.5c per qtr), but more likely to be 40c. Do people realize this is a huge dividend in percentage terms?
My little intrinsic value spreadsheet puts TER at $2.08 fair value, and that's with a margin of safety of 50%!
Strange...
