I think Blue Star needs to get some injection well permits going. The COGCC - State of Colorado is going to make Blue Star inject that CO2 back into the Earth .Kind of funny nobody has mentioned it! The Federal Government is into that so maybe they would allow that on the BLM LEASES. Or they could do a deal with a private or State entity. Having to do injection wells for Carbon Sequestration IS NOT a deal killer ! The injection well or wells need to be in place along the same timeline as the production wells or that will be another DELAY. As far as the COGCC 15 YEARS AGO YOU COULD get a drilling permit in 1 month now its around 9 months COGCC METHOD of operation is delay delay delay try to kill the O&G industry. This is just a wild guess but I think Helium could play a part in this new FUSION discovery thing maybe using its cooling properties.
