The reason i am being optimistic with my royalty figure is that we already know they are producing enough powder for much more than 90mill doses - so with the resistance probs that are emerging and lead time involved - i'm picking that demand is outstripping supply and all gsk need to do to increase production beyond 90mill/yr traditional format is to sort the packing and diskhaler supply which is out sourced to portugal - time will tell - but my guess is that they have had time to ramp up more and have done so, ( why else would they have increased raw powder prod out of scotland to ?? doses - can't quite remember what the exact figure was but it was from memory enough for 250m doses per yr?? can someone else confirm that.
Anyway - i think the basics are there for an unexpected increase in sales if demand and other factors are met.
