Agree but AVZ nor any other company on the ASX needs to be in voluntary suspension prior to receiving a mining license, that is why they should be / would be trading if this were to be the only reason. I don't understand why the continuous extensions to suspension from official quotation are being allowed by ASX/ASIC to be honest as this is not a reason to have an extended suspension. I suggest the ownership dispute is the reason but again this is not a reason to be in suspension and is not the stated reason so we need to take the official reasoning provided by the board as this is why is has been granted.
