Perhaps you could explain to the wonderful doctors who sometimes spend many many years working to repair the horrific damage - from babies age upwards - to completely ruptured vagina's and rectums as to how how their patients are abusing the system , i.e.
"a tool used too create a victim in order to gain sympathy in order to get money. "
