    I think there are some legal issues here. I accepted the take over on the basis that GMD high grade ore would be processed at MM.

    But now it appears SBM holders will be the beneficiaries of this ore.

    If I had known that I may not have accepted the offer

    but obviously GMD directors had this concept in mind back in July......say no more!

    Once I am a shareholder again I will write to the directors about this concern
