I beg to differImagine controlling the entire combined STX/MIN acreage, which allows them to build one central gas processing plant in the SW portion of EP469 as the central location to process gas from LD, WE, SE etc. The synergy alone would be worth at least several tens of millions.
But that's just my amateur opinion of course
