I am certainly not close to management, but I do pay attention to the announcements and what is occurring at Tormin with the satellite images. I also keep an eye on the EPA of WA to see if there is any progress on our Munglinup project.
As I have said, the CR is going to be a failure, due to the current SP. MRC has advised AU mining is going to take up their rights, IMO its the only way they can secure more of MRC as they are restricted from buying on market.
That is why I keep on asking, who is related to BSG Mining? It seems odd that a co shareholder would provide a default notice, yet the company doesn't even know what the apparent default is, Don't you think this is pretty odd after the take over the action and this is occurring during a capital raising?
