    Min borrowed 1billion of free cash last year- (I believe for this)

    ian will not accept as he does not get his bonus shares at 7.5c.

    min will expect this to be rejected

    but are doing whatever they can to take over cheap because NWE will have some serious value in years to com!

    great to see everyone wanting to reject this offer!
