    What can turn this around? A proper partnership to build the downstream refinery. Could this be announced soon? I'm hanging on to the faintest hope. The refinery can source nickel from the Laos mine and produce NCM for 20% profit margin and costs from memory of the PFS about $200M usd. All those meetings and dinner parties with Vietnamese officials posted on social media could have led to some progress on where to build and how to fund a refinery? Scott are you there?
