This excerpt you've posted I just reread in the English translation of the IGF report on AVZ website.

And it states in shortened form (I'm just abbreviating your excerpt - which I see is in the report on the AVZ website) that "DATHOMIR" sold "60% of the shares to AVZ International in violation of the provisions of the joint venture contract.. "

So this suggests AVZ under Klaus executive stewardship (ie. when he was in charge of AVZ as MD or CEO) benefited from DATHOMIR selling 60% of their shares when the JV that already existed between DATHOMIR and Cominiere was supposed to stop that sort of transfer and other transfers from being done.

I think that is just logic from AVZ website sources such as the English translation of the IGF Report. If the logic is wrong I can't see where.

What sort of due diligence could Klaus have done to have read the JV contract in existence (or not) and noted the provisions on transferring or selling shares (or not) and then to have bought them from DATHOMIR ?
