A$25m ? near term Transaction costs = I don't know what this refers to OR how much may be needed ongoing business needs = paying staff wages, rent etc?
Now during the COVID pandemic some directors took shares as part payment for their services and reduce the cash burn I assume that BOD has done DD and this plan for the future is supposed to benefit the BOD and all shareholders Some short term pain for long term gain TIA & GLTAH
