Those specifics haven't and don't change.
Nothing relevant to those criterias has actually occurred.
What happened (subsequently) was not of NOPTAs doing.
Again people need to distinguish between politics and the diligence of an AUTONOMOUS Authority going about its unfettered role.
NOPTAs decision need not be re-done. You don't bake a pie twice.
What happened WITH that recommendation, well that's an entirely different thing. Indeed that IS the RELEVANT aspect of this whole sorry debacle.
