    I've been a holder of ABP for about 18 months and have been happy with the management team, their strategies and growth. I'' be holding on for the foreseeable future for the following reasons:

    1) Commercial property is still having a tough time, I can only see upsides int he near-mid term

    2) Borrowing costs will likely reduce (relative to the general market) in the near-mid term

    3) The dividend is attractive.

    What are your thoughts on ABP? And other A-REITs in general?
