This Facebook Evan’s comment is unacceptable for a public company that is experiencing a drop in online sales and prides itself as the industry leader of plus size global online retail:

Is Phil Ryan reading this and when will his team respond to it? I can’t bear to see it unanswered. What is the Chairman doing about it? What can be more important than addressing these shortcomings with immediate priority with customers?

Susie Ibie terrible service. You may get a response late in the night after thus post. Think these people are turning into scammers. As i not received my order and sent 3 emails and messages on here they have responded from the ones on here but with no solution as i requested my money back. Now they ignore. So I'm about to report them to the ombusman.“
