Wrong to a certain extent

If all the correct information was being supplied to SH we could of understood the stock better. As DM was a pp expert we had misleading information.

For example if the CEO says or gives the impression like he did that OHM was pumping as a business you gauge from what is being told. In reality the business was doing nothing as the 4c dropped and had no revenue. You see that is misleading and what could be considered as a pump.

100% wrong was done over a period of time but will DM get any problems from it probably not.

Why because he played the game so well that I am impressed. That LIFX acquisition which was rushed moved SH away from reality which was LIFX was a smokescreen to cover for the OHM debacle.

That OHM situation was 1000% illegal but SH didn't realise it at the time because of LIFX. He looked after his mate the ex LIFX owner and really after that let LIFX sink.

All in all he did very well i am impressed at his game of playing it so well.

All in my opinion.
