Please stop giving misleading and deceitful advice. Performance shares are issued free on directors reaching a certain target within a period, in this case a three years period from AGM date of this year. JA wouldn't have to pay a single cent for them. I would still like to know directors plans for Newleyline and Tolerno, their intentions to start drilling and the schedule, if any. The pandemic is over now for about a year already, so it won't be an excuse this time. The share price is still not performing relatively to the strength index, an absolute let down, considering the funds the company has. It is only a little better than the cash it holds. Nevertheless it is enough for JA'S lifestyle.
