Samples can only hit surface once the wireline run is completed. Most likely all sampling will be done in a single run.....an extra run would usually only eventuate due to tool issues.

If they're running two tank carriers and a few larger chambers then there's quite a few hours of pumping out involved to fill all tanks and chambers. Once tool hits surface it needs to be broken down and chambers and tanks unloaded. If there is another wireline run to do then priority will be given to rigging up those tools before processing chambers and tanks.
