The BoD are under continuous disclosure obligations to provide information to shareholders
They have not done this and have been using the excuse it may strategically prejudice their operational and legal position for far too long
If this turns into a worse case scenario I will definitely be undertaking and/or participating in a class action against them for abject failure of their continuous disclosure obligations
