However Regal have too many shares to really ease their way out. I think they have bought into a turn around story and intend to extract some big returns out of the company.
I could be wrong though, maybe they like losing money and getting free options that will never be worth anything because the share price will never recover.

even at 7c regal need volume to exit. Volumes only coming
in so volume can exit on a successful turn around, or at least the start of one
