Kiwigeo did say months, but I don't think he meant to infer a couple of months. There will be a lot of steps in the process of getting a well test performed.
1. Hire/contract someone to design the well test program in consultation with the existing subsurface staff, and prepare tenders
2. Issue tenders for the equipment and services required to perform the well test program.
3. Evaluate the tenders, and award contracts.
4. Order the equipment and services based upon the tenders.
5. Mobilize the personnel, equipment and services required.

I could envisage this being done in coordination with the appraisal program, to avoid mobilizing well test equipment for a one off, and attempting to source a workover rig, that may not be available.
