    If VMT had been managed properly as an Australian listed company, we would be arguing about whether the VMT market cap should be $500m, $700m or $1bn. The fact the VMT market cap is $110m after 11 years with current management and during the most supportive period for equities in history, that lasted for years, is a damning indictment. I see more shares being issued too.

    I’m looking for the finger to be pulled out in 2023, and new investors brought on to break up what is probably one of the worst shareholder registers on the ASX, and hopefully an improved governance model.

    Blind Freddy can see this - it’s the facts, simples.

    I know I sound harsh, but I’m seeing the same boozy rubbish is being posted on here by the same suspects, every year, making excuses and trying to blame everything possible under the sun for the share price, and aggressively trying to persuade others. Meanwhile the VMT share price continues trending down.
